It's Our Day is a Leeds based mental health charity, striving to achieve mandatory mental health education throughout all levels of education in the UK, to help with crisis prevention.

It’s Our Day also run an outreach programme better known as the Student Breakfast Club based in Leeds. Mental well-being information, hot food and a safe space is the foundation to the community that has been created. Students themselves have described this as a ‘home from home’. Everything provided is completely self- funded and the future of it is reliant upon donations and fundraisers.

Kevin will be running the Royal Parks half marathon in October  - Any donations no matter how big or small are greatly appreciated!
