75% of mental health issues begin in adolescence. Every year over 200 school aged children die by suicide. Headspace offers free counselling and wellbeing activities to improve the mental health and emotional wellbeing of young people aged 11 to 19 living in the North Cotswolds.

On April 27th i am running the London Marathon in aid of Headspace Just 2 weeks after running another marathon.

This is a fantastic charity Local to me in Bourton On The Water who support the mental health and Children and Teenagers
