I am proud to be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon in support of Evelina London Children’s Hospital.

Eleven years ago, my youngest child, Benjamin, was suddenly taken ill with a ventricular septal defect (VSD), a hole in the wall of his heart. Thanks to the incredible care he received and successful open-heart surgery, Benjamin made a full recovery and is now a healthy, energetic, and football-obsessed 11-year-old.
