On the weekend beginning 1st March, I will be taking part in The Tunnel Ultra event.

The Tunnel is a mind bending test of extreme endurance and sensory deprivation. This challenge is a 200 mile ultramarathon through the darkness of the UK's longest foot tunnel, in pitch black between 11pm and 5am and with only low level lighting at other times. No outside support or headphones allowed.
