It's that time of year again when we remember our good friend Jon and raise some money for charity in his memory. This year, very sadly Jon's step Dad, has been diagnosed with MND, and Jon's lovely wife Mel has asked that we dedicate this year to raising money for this awful disease.

I am sure if Jon was alive today he would be at the forefront of raising every penny he could to assist the valuable research to help find a cure for MND, which impacts on thousands of lives every year in the UK.

Please give what you can, as always, every penny raised is greatly appreciated by everyone involved.

As Jon had a love for sport, it would make sense to raise this for the Doddy Weir Foundation... so again please donate what you can.
