Me and a group of friends are running the 2024 Great Cumbrian run in October to raise money for the JackTheLad foundation. This foundation supports families who find themselves in the heartbreaking situation of coping with the death of a family member aged 16-30 years in an overseas accident whilst on holiday. This is a charity that is close to all our hearts as they helped us deal with the stressful repatriation process of my brother John.
