I ran the Manchester Half Marathon on Sunday 15th October in a personal best time of 2 hrs 10 seconds, and am raising money for the Mayor of Trafford`s charities- Medecines Sans Frontieres ( Doctors without borders) the little green sock project, and Trafford Domestic Abuse Services, which are all important charitable organisations that do great work.
