When I first began to grow my hair long, I promised my Mum that when the time came to cut it all off, I would donate it to The Little Princess Trust and at the same time raise as much money for them as possible.

My Mum lost her brave battle with cancer four years ago and the time has now come for me to begin fundraising, cut my hair and donate it for the benefit of others.

It costs The Little Princess Trust £700 to provide one child or young person with a real hair wig and they currently help more than 2,000 children every year.

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia.

The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the generosity of its wonderful supporters who help the charity give Hair and Hope to so many children and young people with cancer each year.
