This July marked five years since we lost my son-in-law, Rupert, to a brain tumour. To commemorate his memory, I’m taking on The Brain Tumour Charity’s Dragon Boat Race on 26 September.

In the five years since Rupert's death, medical research has made significant strides in targeted treatments, which help extend life expectancy. There is still no cure, but progress is being made. I’m hoping to raise £500 to support this work, and any donation—no matter the size—will help.
