As the festive season approaches, many individuals and families find themselves facing the challenges of mental health issues and dementia. This year, we are coming together to support the "Bromley, Lewisham and Greenwich Mind Christmas Appeal 2019". Our goal is to ensure that everyone struggling has a safe space to turn to during this difficult time.

On October 25th, 2025, we will be participating in the Windsor Inflatable 5K marathon, a fun and engaging event that not only promotes physical well-being but also raises vital funds for our cause. Every step we take will help provide essential support services for those in need.
