Story

Dear Supporters,

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm Kieron Honeyman, a proud veteran of the Duke Of Wellingtons Regiment and the current Director of KH Plant Training Ltd https://www.khplanttraining.co.uk/.

At KH Plant Training, our mission is to steadfastly support Armed Forces Veterans through various initiatives. Last year, our dedicated team and I successfully completed the challenging Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge over Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough, raising an impressive total of over £6,000 for our chosen charities.

This year, we are proud to support Help 4 Homeless Veterans https://help4homelessveterans.org/, an organization providing crucial services to veterans facing homelessness. Since its inception, Help 4 Homeless Veterans has assisted over 1000 veterans with housing problems.

To surpass last year's achievements, we've set our sights on an even more formidable challenge—the National 3 Peaks Challenge. This entails a total walking distance of 23 miles (37km) and a cumulative ascent of 3064 metres (10,052ft), double the ascent of the Yorkshire Three Peaks, covering a similar walking distance. The driving distance for this epic journey is 462 miles.

The three mountains we will conquer are:

- Snowdon in Wales (1085m)

- Scafell Pike in England (978m)

- Ben Nevis in Scotland (1345m)

With your generous support, we aim to aid Help 4 Homeless Veterans in their mission to provide outstanding support for those who have sacrificed for our great nation.

A heartfelt thank you in advance from me, everyone in the KH Plant Training team, and, of course, Help 4 Homeless Veterans.

Best regards,

Kieron Honeyman
