This June marks two years since we lost our beloved Charlie to suicide, and one year since we lost his dear friend Luigi in the same heartbreaking way.

Losing someone to suicide leaves a devastation beyond words. When a loved one takes their own life, the pain does not end with them, it is carried every single day by the family and friends left behind, alongside an overwhelming heartbreak, unanswered questions, and a loss that changes lives forever.

To honour Charlie and Luigi, their incredible friends have come together to organise a 5 a Side Football Tournament and fun day in support of Shout and The Mix. We hope by doing so that we can help others who may be struggling in silence to find the support, guidance, and hope they so desperately need.

Shout provides free, confidential mental health support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for anyone in crisis. The Mix also offers essential support to young people facing mental health challenges and other difficulties.
