I'm doing a 230 mile bike ride over 3 days from Ipswich to Huddersfield in aid of MND awareness in June 2026. It’s an horrific disease that can hit without warning and needs charities like the Darby Rimmer MND foundation to highlight awareness. I thought my biking days were over but when P4P said they were organizing a ' one last time ' ride in aid of MND I had no hesitation in signing up.
