I am running the Southampton Running Festival 10k to raise money for Down Syndrome UK.

Down Syndrome UK is a charity that supports families and professionals to help improve the lives of people with Down Syndrome across the country.

This is a cause particularly close to my heart because of my incredible sister, Lacey, who is 15 years old and has Down Syndrome.

She has been an inspiration in my life, and consistently brings joy to all of those around her, even in their darkest times.

After facing so much adversity in her life, she continues to live life with a cheeky smile.

I also know how difficult life can be for families of those with Down syndrome, and that’s why I ask for any donation whatsoever to this magnificent charity, to help improve the lives of thousands of people across the country with Down syndrome, as well as the families behind them.

Even if you can not donate, a share would mean the world.
