Earlier in the year me and my uncle decided to plan the 3 peaks in 24hours challange and i thought why not do it for a good cause. So on 30th of June into the 1st of July we will climb and decent all 3 of the UKs highest peaks in 24 hours !

Ben Nevis - scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Scafell Pike - England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Snowdon - Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

mental health is something i have personally stuggled with ,some of my freinds and family and many of you reading this will have and it is definitely something that needs taken seriously. In todays world influenced by social media i think its all to easy to look happy and like things are great whilst in reality there not.

Mind as many will know is a charity set up for mental health !
