Hi everyone!

You probably didn't even know I was running a marathon this year(!) but originally, as I got in on the ballot, I wasn't planning to fundraise - however, as we get closer to the big day I couldn't not use the last month to raise money for a great cause to get me through the last few gruelling weeks of training.

I've decided to raise money for Adferiad - a member-led Welsh charity that provides help, support, and care for people with mental health, addiction, and other complex challenges to maximise their personal potential and achieve a better quality of life. You might have heard of them in the news as they are working closely with the family of the late James Lee Williams (aka The Vivienne) to raise vital awareness around substance abuse and addiction in young people today.

It's no secret that times are extremely tough for everyone with an ongoing cost-of-living crisis so whatever you can spare would be extremely appreciated - if you cannot donate, you can still support me by adding a song to my personal Marathon Playlist below. Would love to see as many of you as possible on the big day!
