In 9 weeks, I’ll be running the Hackney Half Marathon to raise money for Street Child, a charity which works to ensure vulnerable children get access to education, shelter, and a chance at a better life - in countries across Africa, Asia and Europe.

Street Child’s Aims and What They Do:

1) Education for All: Street Child works tirelessly to ensure that every child, no matter where they are born, has access to quality education.

2) Protection: They provide shelter, food, and emotional support to vulnerable children, helping them escape dangerous situations like child labor or trafficking.

3) Empowerment: Street Child helps children not just survive, but thrive, by equipping them with skills that will help them build better futures for themselves and their communities.
