The Chalkenge will start On the morning of the 10th August with tough Up Hill Mountain Bike ride through Grizdale Forrest with a decent down to Coniston.

Then I will be Treking to the summit of the old man of Coniston 11km 803m.

The Final Section is to Kayak the circular loop of Coniston and then collapse in heap.
