Hi my name is Kiley Spurgeon and on Sunday 21st September I will be attempting the Ipswich half marathon with my sister.

We are supporting a small local charity @ending life’s taboo, which provides rapid access to counselling for life limited adults up to 45 years in NE Essex & E Suffolk.

There’s no medicine or treatment regime which can help you come to terms with an incurable cancer diagnosis. There’s no simple prescription for how to keep going through the fear and frustration.
