Over the years, I have enjoyed over 2000 audiobooks from RNIB’s talking books library service. When I first lost my sight, the fact that I could still enjoy my beloved pastime of reading was a huge lifeline for me. It allowed me to utilise my imagination and took me to places and worlds I was unable to go to, letting me be free of my confines.

For the past few years, I have supported RNIB's talking books library service by raising money through my banquet curry nights as well as raffles.
