In memory of our darling Lewis Michael Henson Roberts who was tragically taken from us on the 2nd January, we are taking part in the Old Trafford Sleep Out 2025 and donations can be made to a charity very close to Lewis's heart, the Manchester United Foundation. We reached out to them and they helped us in a special way and we feel that us as a family want to thank them in some way.

Manchester United was Lewis's passion, he would be so proud of this. Football alliances aside, football brings us all together in so many ways. However you contribute, it will leave a lasting memory of Lewis that will never be forgotten. He was unique in so many ways. But this would keep that gorgeous smile of his and kindest nature deep in our hearts forever.

This winter, Manchester United is hosting a stadium sleepout at Old Trafford, in support of vulnerable young people across Greater Manchester.

Manchester United is encouraging supporters to swap their bed for a sleeping bag for a night, and join us on Friday 7th November, as we unite to raise vital funds and awareness for those experiencing hardship this winter.

In the fourth sleep out at Old Trafford, fans will sleep under the stars on a cold winters night with only their sleeping bag for warmth.

Supporters will spend the night outdoors in the dropping November temperatures and will gain insight into the big issues surrounding homelessness and housing insecurity and what can be done to support in local communities.

With the Foundation working with more than 39,000 young people in 2023/24 - delivering community and education programmes across Greater Manchester - the funds raised from the Sleep Out will change lives for the better and help the Foundation to provide these vital services to local young people.
