Helloooo!

On 28th October 2023 I will be taking part in a Fire Walk to raise money for SCCCC.

This amazing charity have been supporting vulnerable, isolated and lonely older people in Sheffield since 1966. They work closely with health professionals and volunteers to provide older people with a helping hand when they need it most through a number of free services, such as:

Hospital to Home Scheme - supporting older people on discharge from hospital to avoid re-admissions

Good Neighbour Scheme - regular or occasional home visits, telephone support, emergency food shops, rearranging furniture to enable greater mobility at home

Pen pal Scheme - open to any isolated person who would like to receive a letter, postcard or drawing from a volunteer

Plus much, much more
