Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.

Story

One of my dear colleagues Neil passed away in December 2025 following months of treatment for an incurable brain tumour. He was a wonderful Doctor, colleague and friend. A team of us are doing the Glasgow kiltwalk mighty stride which is just over 23 miles in memory of Neil. We would be grateful of any contribution to help patients and their families in the future. Please help us find a cure. We miss you so much Neil x

One in three people in the UK knows someone affected by a brain tumour. This disease is indiscriminate; it can affect anyone at any age. Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer yet just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease since records began in 2002.

Brain Tumour Research is determined to change this. It is the only national charity focused on finding a cure for all types of brain tumours. Help fund the fight. Together we will find a cure.
