Story

Click the read more... It's 7 yrs since Jenny left this world - yet the impact and effect of suicide & all forms of grief, for everyone in this world, appears suddenly, at different times, and different for us all... i hope by sharing a little it helps to support You reading this, and gives you hope... reach out anytime,

When thinking about who to raise money for, I've done Mind & many mental health charities for Jenny. But this year is 100 years since our great great grandmother, Bertha, founded an amazing Children's Centre in the heart of Jersualem, it's a special place. So whilst being incredibly aware of the world right now, this little charity is continuing to make a difference to orphans & malnourished children & mother's in need.

What am I doing...

The Geordieman Aquathlon - a 1.9km open water swim followed by a 13mile walk/jog - 31st August 4am register, argh - around the time she went missing, followed by a 3 day search - for me this is a massive challenge, I'll write about it more, but open water and swimming has been a huge challenge to overcome since the day Jenny was found & i was there. I am determined to complete this, and will be useful all the tools I teach to hopefully master it.... along with managing the vascular leak.....

Then if my medical, mindset and miles can manage it

20th - Yorkshire 3 Peaks for Raleigh Bursary to help a young person

** The Main Spafford Fundraiser - 28th Sept - Loch Ness Inverness Marathon for Jenny **

As i blogged for the MacMillan one.... there are ongoing medical appts and ops, the next op though is after this, rest time ;-)

Why am i doing this... because we get one life, one chance.... everything changed in a moment, i got scared of life and living for a long time, my choice is to embrace the fears & change my comfort zone into something more beautiful, expansive and filled with hope, because, life may not unfold how you hope, but you are the only person who can create and change your life..... I'm here to support you...

And i choose to choose love, love is strength, love is loss, love is healing..... i choose love & to every person in my life, especially golden ones, thank you with big lion heart love, let's be brave & let's not wait too long, for now is our present and you are special, just as you are Xx

Any donation will literally make a life changing difference to those in a situation I can only imagine, having spent time there.

If this charity doesn't resonate, without creating lots of pages, there are three charities in the UK I would love to collect funds for, or you can donate directly and comment or email then, saying it's for Kim Ingleby & Jenny's memory, this means they will know who and how it came, and hopefully keep shining a light of hope for others.

3 little charities & 3 little businesses with great support, offerings and more... plus my why :-) Thank YOU x

After everyone's kindness for the crazy 100miles for MacMillan https://www.justgiving.com/page/energisedkim25 it feels quite a lot in every sense to put another fundraising challenge out there.

I promise, Sept is the end along with the Raleigh challengehttps://www.justgiving.com/page/kiminglebyraleigh , or I'll be the charity, big smiles, lets see if we can make a difference though :-)

These are the three tiny charities which make a big difference

- Sunflower Suicide Support - aiming for £400 to fund the suicide recovery course i did with them in 2023, which challenged me more than I care to share, and helped me more than i realise i needed - https://www.sunflowerssuicidesupport.org.uk/

- Quinns Retreat - any donations will help this beautiful little charity continue to support bereaved families affected by suicide, do visit their site and support what they offer, it's really special and makes a difference

https://quinnsretreat.org.uk/

- Avon & Somerset Benevolent fund - this supports the police teams in the area where Jenny was found - the underwater dive Team were amazing in one of the toughest jobs around, they don't get much thanks as it's such a tough job - I have given a donation to the Dive Lead directly as a thank you https://www.justgiving.com/charity/ascbf

If you would like to donate directly to any of these or have any questions, support or anything please email kim@energisedperformance.com

I cannot thank you enough for all your kindness & support, I really believe, that little messages, connect, hope and love, grit, resilience and strength can make a difference, I hope it can. And I hope you know, how amazing you are, just as you are.

Big support, strength and energised powers,

Kim xx
