King's Cross Academy is a primary school located in the King's Cross estate. It is a two form entry school in the heart of central London, nestled between the iconic Gasholder buildings, Coal Drops Yard, and some of the world's leading tech companies. Our mission is to ensure that every child, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to engage in the rich tapestry of activities both within our community and beyond. Many of our students come from families facing financial hardship, with a significant number eligible for free school meals. Additionally, there are families whose income hovers just above this threshold but still struggle to make ends meet.

As we approach the festive season, we are acutely aware that some of these families may not have the means to enjoy Christmas as others do. They are faced with the challenge of balancing essential expenses like rent and energy bills with providing food and gifts for their loved ones. We aim to provide these vulnerable families with gift vouchers that can bring a touch of joy to their celebrations - whether it's adding extra treats to their Christmas dinner or placing additional presents under the tree.
