Story

The Kings Arms FC Charity Match!

After the incredible success of last year’s event, Kings Arms FC is returning to the Pirelli Stadium (home of Burton Albion) for another high-stakes charity match on Sunday, 17th May 2026.

This year, the stakes are personal. The club is splitting into two rival squads, each representing our main sponsors in a battle for ultimate bragging rights:

🏆 T&T Assets Group vs. Century Security 🏆

While the competition on the pitch will be fierce and the tackles may be questionable, we are all playing for the same vital mission: supporting the Robbie Anderson Cancer Trust.

About The Robbie Anderson Cancer Trust

Robbie Anderson was just 12 years old when he began a 15-month battle with a rare form of terminal cancer. Even in the face of such a daunting fight, Robbie’s focus was on others. He founded this Trust to ensure that young people like him could be treated in age-appropriate surroundings, rather than in wards designed for small children or much older adults.

Since then, Robbie’s legacy has transformed care at the Leicester Royal Infirmary by:

Revamping Ward 27: Creating a space where young patients feel at home.

Providing Vital Tech: Funding essential equipment like bladder and cannula scanners.

Enhancing Comfort: Redecorating treatment rooms and recently opening a brand-new, dedicated therapy room.

Creating Memories: Funding trips away for patients to provide much-needed respite from hospital life.

Robbie’s family continues to work tirelessly to uphold his vision, ensuring that no young person has to face cancer in an environment that doesn't feel right for them.

At T&T Assets Group, we believe in the power of community. We aren't just playing for a trophy; we are playing to ensure Ward 27 remains a gold standard for youth cancer care.

Every pound donated goes directly toward improving the lives of young patients and their families. Whether you are "Team T&T" or "Team Century", please dig deep and help us smash our fundraising target. Every donation—no matter the size—makes a massive difference.
