As you may know, I participated in the 2025 Triathlon of Compassion after over a decade since my first one. Clawing the time out of work and parenting life to train, as well as the race day itself, were meaningful to me for many reasons, and it was quite moving to be a part of the bigger picture of supporting the Victoria Sexual Assault Centre in their efforts to provide both prevention, response, and counselling and medical services for those affected by sexualized violence and assault.

Last year, I raised $1,573 so this year I am setting a similar target of $1,500 in the hopes to match or surpass last year's donations. Any donation amount is greatly appreciated, and donations $20 and above are issued a tax receipt.
