KiNO

education
KiNO is an organisation that offers free photography and filmmaking classes for Ukrainian teenagers and young adults who were scattered across different locations amidst the turmoil of war.
We offer various forms of assistance to support the educational journeys of students, interested in photography and videography. This includes the opportunity to donate essential equipment such as digital cameras, tripods, microphones, lighting kits, memory cards, and editing software. For individual students, we provide targeted financial aid that can cover the costs of summer school, purchase necessary equipment, pay for education expenses, or fund trips to workshops.
The KiNO project works in collaboration with Svitlo School, a registered charity based in the UK and the Canon Young People Programme (YPP) which runs across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) with the objective to give young people a voice to create a better and more sustainable future by introducing them to the power of creative visual storytelling, aligned to the United Nations SDGs.
