Story
Throughout the month of May, I will be taking part in the Whirlybird Walkies fundraiser and walking 90 miles with the company of my dogs, in order to raise money for The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS). That’s 90 miles of muddy boots, wagging tails, and hopefully lots of support from generous people like you.
Since joining the Isle of Man Ambulance Service, I have witnessed firsthand the impact GNAAS have on people in their most critical time of need, often being the reason someone gets a second chance at life. That’s why I have decided to do my bit to help them keep flying.
Every step I take is for those who may one day need that helicopter overhead. Every donation, no matter how big or small, helps GNAAS continue to deliver world-class care when and where it is needed most.
So if you see me and the pups out walking this May—give us a wave! And if you can, please consider donating to this amazing charity!
Keep up to date with the steps we’re taking each day on Strava and enjoy the treasure hunt photos I’ll be taking along the way! ~ https://strava.app.link/ytzK8gFpMSb
