I'm taking on my own challenge this April for Sarcoidosis Awareness Month, inspired by SarcoidosisUK's dandelion logo!

Did you know that there are 250 species of dandelion in the UK? The dandelion logo represents the different ways that sarcoidosis can impact people's lives.

To celebrate the new logo and raise vital funds, I decided to walk a total of 250,000 steps during the month of April 2023.

Sarcoidosis is a rare disease and has poor information, support and little research for finding a cure and SarcoidosisUK works to change that.

This charity is close to my heart because of my experience with this rare disease and know very well what an unknown, not visible chronic disease can do to your life. Raising awareness and gathering funds for a cure is vital and I'm asking for your support in helping me with this!

° In 2021 I raised £320

° 2022 raised £365,94

And for this year I set the goal to £400!
