St Peter & St James Hospice relies on fundraising to provide the best possible end-of-life care for our local community. I’ve wanted to support them for the care they gave a friend of mine and the mum of another friend, as well as for the incredible work hospices do for so many close friends and families.

The hospice recently asked if the children I teach would like to take part in an art competition, designing candle bags that will light up the Shine Bright walk. They embraced it wholeheartedly, sending in beautiful entries. Thanks to them, their parents, and other students, we’ve raised £139 so far.

I’ve opened this page in case you’d like to support the hospice too. Tonight, I’ll be walking in the Shine Bright illuminated walk on behalf of everyone who has ever needed the support of a hospice.
