As an Advanced Practitioner Mammographer working within breast imaging, I see every day how important early detection, access to screening, and quality healthcare services are for women and families.

I’m proud to be supporting EQUALIS and The GREAT Project, an initiative focused on improving access to breast screening and healthcare support within underserved communities in Africa.

While I won’t be joining the upcoming Kenya mission in person this year, I wanted to contribute in a meaningful way by helping to raise awareness and funds to support the incredible work being done by the team.

The project aims to bring education, screening support, clinical expertise, and healthcare equity to communities where access to these services can be limited. Every contribution will help support outreach, equipment, training, and patient care initiatives.

As healthcare professionals, we often see how much difference early diagnosis and accessible services can make. This is an opportunity to help extend that impact further.
