Story
I’m taking on the Arctic Challenge (4–8 March 2026) to raise money for SAMH (Scottish Action for Mental Health).
For five days in Finland, I’ll be cross-country skiing and snow-shoeing across frozen landscapes in sub-zero temperatures — pushing myself physically and mentally in one of the most unforgiving environments on Earth. This isn’t an average office away day. It’s a real test of endurance, resilience and grit.
I’m doing this because mental health doesn’t discriminate. It affects every family, every workplace and every friendship. Behind many smiles, there’s a silent struggle and for many people, charities like SAMH are a lifeline.
If you’re able to donate or share, you’ll be helping SAMH continue their vital work to change and save lives. And, sponsoring me to question my life choices in sub-zero temperatures (which feels like a fair deal).
Thank you so much for reading, sharing or donating. It genuinely means a lot 🤍
