Every year I like to organise & run a fundraising challenge with the aim of raising funds for vulnerable children at the time of year that was always fantastic fun for me when I was growing up.

Again this year my chosen charity will be 'Action for Children' as I encourage as many people as possible to 'Become a Secret Santa for a Vulnerable Child'.

This Christmas, many children will wake up to no presents and no festive food.......By donating and becoming a 'Secret Santa', we can ensure more vulnerable children receive the essentials of warm clothes, a hot meal, or a special present just for them this Christmas.

To raise money for this awesome cause I am putting together a 2-part Christmas Charity Challenge.

Challenge 1: The Advent Calendar Challenge

Running from Dec 1st to Dec 24th

We will complete a different ‘Christmassy Themed Activity’ everyday……. they will take up no more than a few minutes of your day!

Challenge 2: The Twelve Days of Christmas Activity Challenge

Running from Christmas Day, we will walk/jog/run/cycle/swim/push a wheelchair/push a pram/walk a dog for 1km……then on the 2nd day of Christmas we will doing it all again for 2km…….progressing to Jan 5th where we will head out for 12km!

It will be great to get a big group of people involved from all over the UK (…and from further afield too…..) to raise lots of money to help make Christmas Special for Vulnerable Children whilst having fun along the way!
