This weekend my kids and I will be taking part in the 5km supernova run at the Kelpies to raise funds for the Teapot Trust. As many people know the Teapot Trust is a charity close to my heart and the support they offer is increasingly in demand.

Teapot Trust delivers art therapy to children and young people living with chronic conditions. I am fundraising for this charity as I want to help children with their mental health and well being. Children living with a chronic illness are more likely to self harm but art therapy can help reduce this number by giving children a way to articulate complex emotions and thoughts.
