Lucy, Arlo and I had such an amazing time taking part in the Uotin Park Muddy Dog Dash that we decided to do it all again at Avon Park in September...Only this time we are dragging Daniel along he is not on duty that week so he has no excuse! Can we get even muddier than last time.

And to top it all it has inspired me to restart my couch to 5k so Lucy doesn't have to keep stopping and waiting for me to catch up!!!
