Following my Grandma's diagnosis of dementia, I have seen first hand the effects of the illness on those battling it and their loved ones.

Until the day we find a cure, Alzheimer's Society will work to create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
