Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I have decided to combine two of the things that I am passionate about in life: hiking and the wellbeing of dogs 🐶 to set myself a challenge. In October I will head out to The Himalaya to trek to Everest Base Camp. Before I embark on my trek I’ll be volunteering at a street dog rescue centre in Kathmandu which I’m hoping to raise vital funds for.

The street dog problem across Asia is heartbreaking and the work KAT are doing to help to combat the problem in Kathmandu is truly inspiring. KAT is moving to a larger facility and opening up the KAT Veterinary Animal Hospital to serve more street dogs. To do this they need to raise £25,000. Here’s the best part: Every single donation towards this hospital is being DOUBLED until October 20, 2025.
