I'll be honest, I'm not a big fan of heights, but I really want to challenge myself for a cause that means a lot to me. Through working firsthand with Amy, producing marketing videos and a charity film for George's Rockstars, I've seen the work their amazing music therapists do up close. We've been to multiple hospitals together, and I've had a real glimpse of what music therapy means to these youngsters and the benefits it brings.

The energy, patience, empathy, and sheer selflessness the team pour into what they do is genuinely remarkable. Filming these projects has been deeply emotional. Watching families go through what they're going through with their children stays with you, and as a father of three, it's hard to see these kids in hospital.

That's why I want to raise as much as I can: to help put more music therapy into hospitals and to get the word out about the incredible work Amy and her team are doing with George's Rockstars.
