I am taking part in the Tommy's 5km a Day in October challenge to help save babies' lives.

On 4th September, Pete and I lost our darling daughter Ava 22 weeks into pregnancy. She lived for 1hr and 22minutes and was just too perfect and too beautiful. Losing her has left a hole in our lives we will never recover from.

Before Ava, I have also had 4 miscarriages happen between 8-11 weeks of pregnancy. No one should have to endure the heartbreak we have unfortunately had to go through so many times, so alongside my friend Charley who has sadly also had to go through pregnancy loss, we are lacing up our trainers to raise money for an amazing cause and remember our little ones who didn't get the chance to see the world.

We're fundraising for Tommy’s, who exist to stop the heartbreak and devastation of baby loss and make pregnancy and birth safer - for everyone.
