November Strava Challenge

At Young Lives vs Cancer, we help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. We’ll face it all together – but we can’t do it without you. Visit www.younglivesvscancer.org.uk

Story

🏃‍♀️ KnowledgeBrief November Wellness Challenge – Let’s Move Together! 🚴‍♂️

From 1st to 20th November, the KnowledgeBrief team will be taking part in our November Wellness Challenge — a fun, feel-good way to boost our wellbeing, connect as a team, and raise vital funds for Young Lives vs Cancer.

What We’ll Be Doing:

We’re challenging ourselves to move more, however that may look! Walking, running, cycling, swimming, dancing, stretching, or lifting — every minute of activity counts.

Throughout the challenge, we’ll track our active minutes and share our progress as we move together towards better health and a brilliant cause.

This year, we’re also teaming up with our valued client Footasylum, who’ll be supporting the challenge with some great prizes for our top movers!

Why We’re Doing It:

Young Lives vs Cancer is an incredible charity that helps children and young people (and their families) find the strength to face cancer. They provide emotional, practical, and financial support when it’s needed most — and every donation helps make their work possible.

How You Can Help:

💚 Donate: Every pound makes an impact — your support will help fund essential services for families affected by cancer.

💚 Share: Spread the word by sharing this page with your friends, family, and colleagues.

💚 Cheer us on: Follow our progress as we move, motivate, and make a difference together.

Let’s make this November one full of movement, positivity, and purpose — and help make a difference along the way. 🏃‍♀️🚴‍♂️🧘‍♀️
