Knowsley Harriers host a monthly 5k run on the first weekend of every month. Each year the event will raise money for a worth while local charity. This year we as a club have chosen James' Place, Liverpool.

At James' Place, our mission is to stop men dying by suicide. Yet, in the UK suicide is still the single leading cause of death of men under 50. We believe that no man should face a suicidal crisis alone. James' Place provides free, professional therapy for men in suicidal crisis to help them find hope for the future.

The event is held at Halewood Environment Centre and starts at 1030am
