My daughter Elena was blessed with an additional chromosome. She is one of the most amazing people I know. She is the little ray of sunshine I never knew I needed.

As part of our journey we have had help from various different charities and groups and I want to be able to give something back to say thank you.

Over the next few weeks I will be taking part in a few events and want to try and raise a little bit of money to support my local Down syndrome group the Cotswold Down Syndrome Group. We have encountered various organisations I would love to help but I think it’s important to also support your local groups as much as possible as it allows us to meet other parents and people who know and understand the challenges we sometimes face but also to celebrate our awesome little ones.

I will be doing the following events and would love it if you could spare anything to help support me I would really appreciate it:
