On 11th August 2026 I will be riding my Motorbike from Cefn Mawr, Wrexham to Land's End, Cornwall. To raise money in honour of my Son Kriss who sadly passed away in September 2025 at the age of 30 from a pulmonary embolism. By the end of the trip I will have completed 700 miles

I have chosen two charities to raise money for as they each played a part in providing support when I and my family needed them the most.

My first charity is for MIND who help and support people who suffer from mental health and require support and guidance to overcome their challenges. They provide a confidential service and they work tirelessly to ensure that no one has to face a mental health problem alone.

My other charity is for The Rainbow Foundation, they provide a care and support service and help people maintain their wellbeing and independence. They offer meaningful social contact in a safe and secure environment.

All money raised will be split and donated to these worthwhile charities who helped Kriss with his mental health when he needed their support and when they helped me with my grief of losing my son. They were there for me when I needed someone to talk to and express the pain I was suffering.

Yes the challenge I am setting myself will push me out of my comfort zone, but this is nothing compared to the challenges many people face every day often without support. So please if you are able to donate, even a small amount it would mean the world to me, every contribution helps these charities continue with their incredible work and ensure that more people get the support they deserve.
