On 1st March 2026 I am running the Tokyo Marathon in order to raise funds for the brilliant Tibbs Dementia Foundation.

Tibbs is a small Bedfordshire based charity who are supporting my Mum and Step-Dad George, with his dementia journey.

Tibbs run a small, friendly support group in our village church hall every Tuesday with activities for those with dementia whilst providing support, advice and an understanding ear for their carers. There's a cuppa and biscuits for all too!

Literally every penny counts for this invaluable charity, and I cannot thank them enough for the support they have given my Mum and George and those living with dementia in our local community.
