On Sunday 8 September 2024, I will be taking part in a boat race, alongside my fellow NHS digital colleagues, to help raise funds for the Clatterbridge Cancer Charity - a cause that is very close to my heart.

Unlike any other boat race, this will be a Dragon Boat Race, which means we will be racing through the waters of Liverpool's Queens Dock in a large canoe-like vessel, ornately decorated with a dragon's head and tail

Any donation no matter how small will be very much appreciated. If anyone would like to come along to watch, the event will be taking place at Liverpool Water Sports Centre, Queens Dock, 110 Mariners Wharf, Liverpool. L3 4DG. I am sure it will be a lot of fun :-)
