In June, I am running 3 half marathons in 3 days in support of RASASC Guildford.

RASASC Guildford are an inclusive charity that supports survivors of all genders over the age of 13 from across Surrey, who have been raped, sexually abused or have had an unwanted sexual experience.

They offer support through their confidential helpline, counselling and Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) services. All their services are free and non-judgemental, and survivors of sexual abuse are believed, empowered and supported on their journey to recovery.
