Myself, Thea and Louie will be completing 1-3miles a day next week either walking/biking on the scooters while were away on holiday.

This is support the Bishop Lonsdale PTFA.

Our goal is to raise money towards the PTFA to help fund some of the playground improvements for the children.

The aim of the event is for all children involved to travel, as a team, the distance from Bishop Lonsdale School to Sancerre, France our twinned Town. The total distance is 652 miles (1043KM). If every child in school takes part, they would need to cover 3 miles each. However they are welcome to do as many as they like as there will be a prize for most miles covered.

The prizes will be:

1. Most miles covered - £150 prize of the winners choice, scooter, bike etc Sponsored by James Du Pavey awarded in school assembly.

2. Most sponsored - £25 Voucher (Amazon).

3. Most adventurous mile covered - £20 voucher (Amazon).

4. French dressed mile covered - £10 voucher (Amazon).

4. Easter egg teacher award per class.

This is a great challenge to be completed over the school holidays which helps keep the children healthy and also thinks about the environment, we are happy for any style of exercise's such as walking, running, cycling scootering or anything else you can think of.
