Story
With Sepsis and Meningitis day just around the corner myself and my beautiful friends are walking 50km!!
To raise as much money as physically possible to help raise the awareness of theses too awful diseases.
Experiencing these awful disease first hand I know how important it is to make people aware.
my story could have been very very different if I haven’t followed my instincts. Personally I didn’t know much about these illnesses until 15th March 2019, when they struck my 4 day old baby, Edith June down with both. her heart went into failure leaving us in fear of the ultimate worst.
On life support and fighting for every breath, the reality of theses diseases really hit home, the signs were so similar to a baby with wind or colic so this could have gone undetected.
So our aim for the walk is to help as many people become aware the vital signs/symptoms and finically help the sepsis and meningitis charity educate and support other People suffering.
Anything you can give will help in our pledge to walk 50km
