We are once again hosting a Pumpkin Competition and this year all proceeds raised will be donated to Kings Sutton Preschool.

They were recently rated as 'OUTSTANDING' by Ofsted and are a real asset to our local community. Unfortunately Government funding falls far short of their outgoings, therefore they DEPEND on fundraising to make up the deficit. We really hope you will help support this very worthwhile, local cause.

A bit about the Preschool:

Kings Sutton Preschool is an integral part of the Village providing much needed childcare for 2 to 4 year olds since 1992. We offer our own premises, situated within the grounds of Kings Sutton Primary Academy School, with excellent resources, a range of equipment, large indoor and outdoor play areas, supervised by our fully trained, experienced, and dedicated staff team. We also have an additional sensory garden. We have created an environment that suits every child’s needs. Where communication aids are used by all, and sensory resources are part of our continuous provision. Differences are celebrated and embraced within the culture of our Preschool.

As a charity, we rely on committee members, the community, and local businesses for support in fundraising and sponsorship. However, we are faced with real and urgent challenges, with increased energy and food prices and wage costs – and unfortunately local government funding only covering about 65% of outgoings.
